Our Management Team

Masonic Village at Burlington has curated a management team that is diverse, knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring.  Our team brings to the table a wealth of experience in senior living management, exemplary senior healthcare, and marketing innovation.  Working together, our goal is to ensure that this Life Plan community will continue to serve the seniors of New Jersey for many generations to come.  Masonic Village at Burlington has been at the heart of Burlington County for 124 years, and our more than 400 senior residents lead rich, full lives on our campus.

Christopher Abbott,
Director of Development

Chris is a Certified Financial Planner®. He has been with the Masonic Charity Foundation for over 33 years. Chris is responsible for overseeing the fundraising efforts for the Foundation, and works with donors to structure philanthropy in their estate and financial plans.

Rev. Ronald Anastase,
Chaplain

Chaplain Ron has served as the Chaplain at Masonic Village for 34 years. Chaplain Ron is responsible for overseeing the spiritual life at Masonic Village which includes Chapel services, Bible studies, grief support, visitation, Communion, and seeing that all our various faith traditions are served.

Nichole Cadavero,
Director of Finance

Nichole has been with Masonic Village since October 2021. Nichole is responsible for the billing, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and all other financial functions of Masonic Village at Burlington.

Lou Craig,
Director of Environmental Services

Lou has been with Masonic Village for over 36 years. His team is responsible for all housekeeping, laundry, moves, and community set-ups.

Anda Durso,
Executive Director

Anda joined Masonic Village at Burlington in 2021 with over 25 years of experience in long-term care.  She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living/Personal Care Home Administrator.  Anda oversees all facets of Masonic Village’s operations, maintaining federal and state regulatory compliance, and is responsible for resident and team member satisfaction.

Brandy Kaur,
Cedar Commons Administrator

Brandy has been with Masonic Village since December 2015. Brandy is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Assisted Living neighborhood (Cedar Commons) and Memory Care neighborhood (Cedar Cove).

Dave Kimball, Director of Information Technology

Dave has been working in the IT field for almost 30 years, with more than 10 years at the Masonic Village. Dave and the IT team are responsible for all software, hardware, networks, phones, and other “tech” that is used by Masonic Village team members to provide care to our residents.

Karla Lippincott,
Director of Administrative Services

Karla joined the Masonic Village team in 1994.  She supervises the administrative support team (reception staff), and works closely with the Board of Trustees.   Karla assists the Executive Director with daily operations.

Cheryl Morris, Director of Human Resources

Cheryl is a Human Resources Business Partner with over 20 year experience. Cheryl has been with Masonic for over 4 years. Cheryl is responsible for the team members of Masonic and working with the leadership team in achieving tenure and satisfaction.

Cheryl Rahilly, Director of Nursing

Cheryl has been with Masonic Village at Burlington for 19 years. As Director of Nursing, she is responsible for overseeing patient care operations in the Keystone Center. Cheryl is tasked to ensure operations are compliant with the Federal, State and Local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern MVB, and as may be directed by the Administrator and the Medical Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Ruth Abdur-Rahman,
Clinical Manager, Hospice Care

Ruth has been with Masonic Village since June 2021.  Ruth has been a Registered Nurse for 28 years, and holds a Master’s degree in Nursing.  She is the clinical manager of Acacia Hospice Care services.

Jaime Reinwald,
Director of Community Life Services

Jaime has been with Masonic Village since June 2021. Jaime is responsible for the social life and programming for the Independent Living residents. She also contacts service providers on behalf of residents, and schedules local transportation for their appointments.

Alyssa Scardetto,
Director of Marketing

Alyssa has been with Masonic Village since June 2021, and is responsible for sales and marketing for the Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care sections of the community.

Joe Schafer,
Director of Dining Services

Joe is a Senior Director/GM with Unidine, and has been with Masonic Village for 2 years. Joe oversees all aspects of Dining Services, catering, and hospitality. He also meets with the resident dining committee.

Cindy Shemansky,
Keystone Center Administrator/Assistant ED

Cindy has been with Masonic Village for over 36 years.  She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Registered Nurse, and oversees the operations of the Long-Term Care center (Keystone Center).  She is also the Assistant Executive Director, filling in that role when the Executive Director is not available.

Stevie Stevenson, CALA
Homecare Manager

Stevie came to Masonic Village in 2020 with 20 years of healthcare experience to lead and develop the Acacia Home Care program.

Beth Sullivan,
Director of Rehabilitation

Masonic Village has partnered with Genesis Rehab Services to provide occupational, physical, and speech therapies to residents in need of rehabilitative therapies. Beth serves as the Director of Rehabilitation.

David Undercuffler,
Director of Facility Services

David has been with Masonic Village for over 32 years, and is responsible for overseeing plant operations which includes Maintenance and Security.

Joe’l White,
Director of Resident Services

Joe’l is a CNA, CMT, and CDP, and currently continuing his education. He has been with Masonic Village for over 25 years. Joe’l has worked in every level of care Masonic offers. As the Director of Resident Services for our Independent Living Community, he is responsible for the overall operation of Independent Living and the services provided through the Health Center.
