Executive Chef Mark Hoffman started his career by training at the Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing, NJ. He later worked as an apprentice with the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, where he studied under two certified master chefs, managed five-star and five-diamond restaurants and excelled at customer service.
