Masonic Village Anniversary FAQ

Thank you so much for your interest in the Masonic Village 125th Anniversary event!  We are looking forward to celebrating this once-in-a-lifetime milestone with friends and supporters.

What is the date, time, and location of the event?

The Masonic Village 125th Anniversary celebration will be held on Friday, May 5th, in Fellowship Center at the Masonic Village at Burlington Campus located at 1114 Oxmead Road in Burlington Township. The Gala dinner will start at 6:30pm.

What is the cost for tickets?

Tickets are $50 per person. Guests will be seated at tables of 10.  When you purchase tickets, please provide the names of those in your party so we may include them on our guest check-in list.

What is the dress code for the evening?

Suit and tie for men, and a dress or skirt for women. It is not a black-tie event, but if one were to wear a tux or gown, that would be in keeping with the celebratory nature of the gala.

How do I place an ad in the gala program?

It’s easy to place an ad in just 3 steps…

Step #1:  Choose the size of the ad you would like to place.

Full-page ad:  7.5” x 10”, $100

Half-page ad:  7.5” x 4.75”, $50

Quarter-page ad:  3.75” x 4.75”, $35

Premium Ad Placement:

Inside front cover:  8.5” x 11”, $200

Inside back cover:  8.5” x 11”, $200

Outside back cover:  8.5” x 11”, $200

Step #2:  You may pay for your ad with a credit card on our website or mail a check made payable to “Masonic Charity Foundation of NJ”.

Step #3:  Email a pdf of your finished ad to csa@njmasonic.org

NOTE:  If you can’t design your own ad and would like assistance, we’re happy to help!  Simply email the message and any photo or company logo you would like included in the ad to Chris Abbott at csa@njmasonic.org, and we will design it for you.  All photography will be reproduced in black and white only.  Any questions, please call Chris Abbott at (609) 336-9532.

What is a corporate / gala event sponsorship?

For corporations, local businesses or individuals that would like to celebrate this milestone anniversary with Masonic Village by supporting their efforts to care for seniors for many generations to come, we are partnering with them via corporate / gala event sponsorships.

Can anyone become a corporate / gala event sponsor?

Of course! If you own a business or work for a business that would like to support the Masonic Village 125thAnniversary Event, please provide their contact info to Chris Abbott at (609) 336-9532. He would be happy to get in touch with them to discuss sponsorship opportunities.

What are the corporate / event sponsorship levels, and what are the sponsorship gifts for each level?

There are 5 sponsorship levels…

Major Sponsor:  $25,000
Sponsorship Gifts:    

  • 1 complimentary table for 10 guests at the Anniversary Gala
  • Company Name/Logo on all event advertising, website, social media
  • Full-page ad in the Gala Program

Gold Sponsor:  $10,000
Sponsorship Gifts:    

  • 5 guest tickets to the Anniversary Gala
  • Company Name/Logo on all event advertising, website, social media
  •  Half-page ad in the Gala Program

Silver Sponsor:  $5,000

  • 4 guest tickets to the Anniversary Gala
