Your Questions, Our Answers

Q1. I am a Veteran of the Army. Can you tell me where the nearest Pharmacy outlet is for obtaining a discount for my medications? J.S. Bensalem, PA.

Answer: Fort Dix would be your best bet. Transportation is available to you as long as you contact the local Veterans Office.

Q2. Are there any floor plans available for the Independent Living community you plan to build in Burlington? A.G. Whiting, NJ.

Answer: Floor plans are being developed and will be available once approved by all authorities having jurisdiction with this project.

Q3. May I request an application be sent to my father in Florida, he is a NJ Mason.

Answer: By all means, send us his name and address and we will be happy to forward him the information. The Masonic Home of New Jersey is open to the public as well.

Q4. Do I need a supplemental Insurance when I move in? K.S. Cape May, NJ.

Answer: Yes you do, since it is our best practice for controlling costs. In the event your former employer or government services branch provides this benefit to you; it makes sense to keep it. If you do not have insurance now, let us know and we can provide a host of insurers for your review.

Q5. In your Admissions criteria you request at least 2 years worth of assets for a person to move-in. Can I turn over the ownership of my house as payment?

Answer: Unfortunately we cannot assist with the sale of your house. You can imagine how diverse the requirements are to position a property "For Sale". Our suggestion is to deal with an honorable Realty Company and they will assist you with all aspects involved with the Sale. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance as you begin this next stage of your life; we'll be here for you.
