The Masonic Home of New Jersey employs over 300 licensed professional nurses and certified nursing assistants who provide skilled nursing care and services to our residents on a twenty-four hour basis. Our full time medical director, associate medical director and nurse practitioner are present daily, Monday through Friday and on call 24 hours a day for consultation to direct the medical care of the residents.

The rehabilitation department provides a full range of physical, occupational and speech therapy programs.

Health Center staff coordinates and arranges for appointments and transportation with the podiatrist, dentist, ophthalmologist and other outside physicians or hospitals.

The quality assurance nurse, employee health nurse and medical records coordinator assure that we meet our standards of practice, address the health needs of our staff and provide confidentiality and accuracy in recording and protecting health information.

The Masonic Home works collaboratively with local college and university nursing programs to provide a clinical site for practice. Our staff become role models and our residents benefit from the extra time and attention offered by the students.
