The Education department provides employee orientation and continuing education programs. Some of our responsibilities include:

• Conducting the General Orientation for all new employees
• Conducting a Specific Orientation Program for Nursing Employees
• Planning, organizing, and implementing continuing education and in-service programs for staff and residents
• Documentation of training and employee attendance
• Coordination of the Education Incentive Program
• Coordination and evaluation of the Preceptor Program
• Procuring and maintaining audio-visual materials, equipment and literature
• Coordination of Body Mechanics Training
• Maintenance of Employee Library
