The Education department provides employee orientation and continuing education programs. Some of our responsibilities include:
- Conducting the General Orientation for all new employees
- Conducting a Specific Orientation Program for Nursing Employees
- Planning, organizing, and implementing continuing education and in-service programs for staff and residents
- Documentation of training and employee attendance
- Coordination of the Education Incentive Program
- Coordination and evaluation of the Preceptor Program
- Procuring and maintaining audio-visual materials, equipment and literature
- Coordination of Body Mechanics Training
- Maintenance of Employee Library
