Education

The Education department providers employee orientation and continuing education programs. Some of our responsibilities include:

  • Conducting the General Orientation for all new employees.
  • Conducting a Specific Orientation Program for nursing employees.
  • Planning, organizing and implementing continuing education and in-service programs for staff and residents.
  • Documentation of training and employee attendance.
  • Coordination of the Education Incentive Program.
  • Coordination and evaluation of the Preceptor Program.
  • Procuring and maintaining audio-visual materials, equipment and literature.
  • Coordination of Body Mechanics Training.
  • Maintenance of Employee Library.
