The Education department providers employee orientation and continuing education programs. Some of our responsibilities include:
- Conducting the General Orientation for all new employees.
- Conducting a Specific Orientation Program for nursing employees.
- Planning, organizing and implementing continuing education and in-service programs for staff and residents.
- Documentation of training and employee attendance.
- Coordination of the Education Incentive Program.
- Coordination and evaluation of the Preceptor Program.
- Procuring and maintaining audio-visual materials, equipment and literature.
- Coordination of Body Mechanics Training.
- Maintenance of Employee Library.
